invaluable services that take the hassle out of motor vehicle fines and licensing.

Best of all, most of these amazing services are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by calling our dedicated Emergency Call Centre number.

We’ll also look at another exciting feature coming soon – the Genesis Mobile App. Once launched, members will be able to get access to get a real-time view of
policy schedules, lodge claims, or request additional cover, with Uberised Roadside Assistance and a built-in accident manager.




Members benefit from comprehensive Roadside Assistance in the event of a roadside emergency.

From breakdowns to accidents, if you find yourself stranded, we can help with:

This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year, in all major metropolitan areas of South Africa including
Swaziland and Lesotho.




Medical Assist entitles members to emergency advice and support from a 24-hour Contact Centre.

Emergency Medical Services assist with:

  • 24/7 emergency telephonic advice and information
  • Referrals to medical practitioners and facilities
  • Liaison with next of kin to keep them informed

In addition to the general medical advice service, medical operators will guide a person through a medical crisis situation involving the member.
The member will receive emergency advice or have the necessary support organized by utilising the 24-hour Contact Centre.


This service includes referrals to Crisis lines for

    • Poison Hotline – In House
    • Suicide Hotline – Life Line
    • Rape and HIV Counselling
    • Family and Domestic Abuse
    • Child Abuse
    • Bereavement Counselling


Home Assist gives you complete peace of mind, with immediate access to a team of dedicated case managers working alongside
a national complement of accredited service providers who can assist with home emergencies.

The Home Emergency Call Centre can help with arranging the following home emergency services:

  • Plumbers
  • Glaziers
  • Electricians
  • Locksmiths
  • Tree Felling
  • Bee Keepers
  • Pest Controllers
  • Large White Appliances

Best of all, we can get help to you fast, with an average response time in urban areas of between 35 to 80 min (with the potential of
extended response time on weekends only).




Office Assist is another Genesis Assist benefit that has you covered in the event of a sudden, unexpected, or unforeseen event at the office
requiring the immediate or urgent services of a tradesman to limit or prevent further office damage.

Minimise downtime with dedicated case managers to make sure your office emergencies are attended to quickly and professionally.

If the situation is serious, the Assist Call Centre will relay a notification of emergencies to the Police, Traffic, Fire Brigade, Ambulance,
Security or any other emergency service provider.
